Introducing... our AW20 collection.

It’s been a different kind of year, full of uncertainty and change. What remains unaltered is the coming of the new season. For this, our fifth collection, we’ve turned to nature and specifically to the English Romantic poet, Keats, and his poem ‘To Autumn’, for our look.

Late summer wildflowers, sun-dappled terraces and the coming of the winter chill are the inspiration behind many of this season’s pieces. Like our harvest-inspired Camerina dress with its sage and camel tones, or our wild meadow-inspired Ercilia dress. For little boys, we’ve introduced more items for both town and country dressing. Our tweed Zoilo dungarees and shorts, and checked shirts wouldn’t look out of place in more rural settings, while structured overcoats and new outdoor wear have been introduced.

Winter also means party season, and you’ll find velvet party dresses, pretty blouses and patterned knitwear, in checks and tartans. Our range of accessories continues to grow too. There’s winter scarves, bobble hats, tights and socks in more colourways and an even wider range of our classic bows.

‘Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness,
    Close bosom-friend of the maturing sun;
Conspiring with him how to load and bless
    With fruit the vines that round the thatch-eves run;
To bend with apples the moss'd cottage-trees,
    And fill all fruit with ripeness to the core;
        To swell the gourd, and plump the hazel shells
    With a sweet kernel; to set budding more,
And still more, later flowers for the bees,
Until they think warm days will never cease,
        For Summer has o'er-brimm'd their clammy cells.’

‘Ode to Autumn’, stanza one, John Keats, 1820

Like always, all of our products are hand-made in Spain - respecting the traditions and high quality that makes Spanish children's clothing so highly regarded around the world. We ensure all of our clothing is produced in a fair and ethical way, and that we only work with small, independent and family-run suppliers. We also limit the amount of garments we create each season to ensure every collection is unique, and that we are not wasting resources. Your garments are one of a precious few which means once they're gone, they're gone.
